With an innovative product & solution suite spanning renewable energy trading, flexible asset optimisation & other wider, RTM services - this business are an exciting front-runner, passionately contributing to achieving net zero.

As the business continues to grow, an opportunity for a new Battery Storage (BESS) subject matter expert has arisen, to lead & originate new opportunities through the UK, spanning BESS & Renewable Energy.

• Market analysis & strategy development for revenue streams spanning BESS & Renewable Energy.

• Product development of cutting-edge renewable and battery storage solutions, collaborating closely with teams in pricing, trading, marketing, and legal to bring products from initial concept to successful commercial execution.

• Identification of project opportunities, leads & potential new emerging Clients.

• Technical origination, speaking with clients about product needs & solution development.

• Commercial negotiation, pricing & securing agreements (with support from wider commercial & finance teams).

• Support the negotiation & execution of contracts.

• Actively contribute to business unit growth through product and service development.

• 5+ years of experience in the energy sector - ideally with a wealth of exposure to BESS / Flexible Assets.

• Commercially astute.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate complex matters in clear language, both internally and with clients directly.

• Hybrid Working (3 x days in office / 2 x days from home).
