Job Description - Senior Engineer - Support Engineering (LSA & Supply Support) ()

Job Title: Support Engineering - LSA Engineer

Location: Barrow-in-Furness or Brough. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop or provide input into LSA policies, processes and toolsets, linked to LSA strategy
• Influencing the equipment or system design through Learning from Experience across other platforms
• Maintain ILS and LSA records to facilitate other department activities
• Collating and understanding technical data including engineering drawings, supplier manuals and technical documents
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to source required information
• Understanding of relevant Ministry of Defence (MoD), corporate, industry and international standards that cover LSA activities, which will be applied to support the effective delivery of LSA as part of the overall Support Solution
• Provide covering responsibility to the Team Lead where required

Your skills and experiences:

• Engineering qualification and/or previous experience within an engineering environment
• Previous use of EAGLE & LSAR or similar software
