We are seeking a Senior Estimator to develop tender information into comprehensive financial submissions, enabling the contractor to secure projects and meet its business objectives.

Our Building team offers expertise in design, build, and refurbishment for complex projects nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all financial elements of the tendering process, from initial identification to financial handover.
• Compile financial documents for review by the Chief Estimator, Operations Director, and Managing Director.
• Support the bidding team with post-tender negotiations as needed.
• Maintain benchmarking data from completed tenders and secured projects.
• Collaborate with Procurement on subcontractor selection and opportunities for cost improvement.
• Promote electronic tendering practices and BIM integration.
• Estimate costs for large building projects.
• Use computerized estimating systems (preferably Causeway) for pricing tenders.
• Work with subcontractors and suppliers to produce accurate estimates.
• Manage tender queries effectively.
