Looking after a versatile London Estate, this Property Consultancy is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Facilities Manager to join their senior team to play a pivotal role in providing strategic direction to both direct and outsourced on-site teams.

As the Senior Facilities Manager, you will be at the forefront of overseeing a diverse estate that includes retail, commercial, and residential properties.

You will play a senior position to the portfolio, collaborating closely with various on-site central teams to maximize and deliver high standards.

You will be responsible for delivering Health, Safety, and Facilities Management services. This includes implementing all agreed service levels for both Hard and Soft services and property strategy.

Requirements

• Discretionary Bonus
• NEBOSH Qualification preferred
• Robust experience in Facilities Management
