Greenacre Recruitment is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner - Service Charges for a Housing Association. This role acts as a crucial link between Finance and Operational service charge teams, ensuring compliance, transparency, and financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead financial strategy for service charge operations
2. Provide strategic financial advice and business partnering support
3. Ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements
4. Influence key financial and strategic decisions
5. Manage, analyse, and report on large data sets (Excel & in-house systems)
6. Build strong relationships with internal teams & external partners
7. Mentor & develop finance business partners

What You'll Need:

1. CCAB qualification with ongoing CPD
2. Extensive experience partnering with non-finance teams
3. Knowledge of service charge legislation, rents, or contract management
4. Strong analytical & stakeholder engagement skills
5. Proficiency in Excel (Power BI & D365 preferred)
6. A commitment to integrity, professionalism, and ethical finance practices
