The Role
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:
- Deliver insightful, accurate and timely business information and financial reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
- Financial and management accounting services
- Support the development and implementation of robust financial frameworks that meet statutory and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Contribute to the recruitment, development, and management of a high-performing finance team.
- Lead on projects that align with strategic objectives and promote innovation and best practice.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified.
- Proven experience in a similar senior finance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A track record of managing teams and delivering results.
- Expertise in accounting regulations and compliance.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial systems.
Desirable:
- Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
- Recent project delivery success and advanced systems knowledge.
