Your Role:

As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and integrity of the NHS Trust. Your responsibilities will include:

• Budget Management: Overseeing budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting.
• Financial Analysis: Conducting in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of junior accountants.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who has the following:

• Qualifications: A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Experience: Significant experience in a similar financial role, preferably within the NHS or public sector.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
