Senior FM Consultant

Currie & Brown is looking for a Senior FM Consultant based in Riyadh, KSA.

You will support project leaders in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide support to the Director in delivering FM advisory services to clients.
• Management of delivery team and subordinate staff, whether head office support staff or members of an FMMA delivery team.
• Deliver specified role and duties, tasks & deliverables were deployed to a project.
• Support business development through leveraging relationships and participating in the bidding process.
• Undertake temporary responsibilities in the absence of the Director.
• Develop high quality FM advisory/FM consultancy deliverables/presentations.
• Manage FMMA contract including line management for team members.
• Provide technical support in the development of marketing materials and bid submissions/presentations.
• Support Director and other members of workstream in preparation of reports, formatting etc.
• Organise, manage and chair workshops and technical presentations to clients.
• Work independently and under pressure for preparation of deliverables and bid documentation.
• To meet or exceed targets and KPI requirements set by senior management from time to time.
• Provide periodic and ad hoc reports as required to agreed format and timing.
• Other subject-related duties as appropriate and required.
