As our Senior HR Business Partner, you'll be an essential part of our supportive People Team, overseeing recruitment and leading people-focused projects. You'll share your expertise, stay up to date with employment law and offer guidance across the organisation. Working closely with our Head of People, you'll help manage the People Team and contribute to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and can be their true selves.
What we're looking for:- Confidence in managing HR casework
- Line management experience (bonus if it includes HR admin functions!)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, professional relationships
- A passion for creating positive HR employee experiences
