About the Role: Our client, a leading global FMCG firm, is seeking a Senior HR Manager with a key focus on Organisational Development. This permanent position offers a hybrid work environment, combining the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of being based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive and implement organisational development initiatives to enhance business performance and employee engagement.
  2. Develop and execute strategies for leadership development and succession planning.
  3. Lead change management efforts to support business transitions and ensure smooth implementation.
  4. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organisational effectiveness.
  5. Analyse and improve organisational structures, processes, and culture to foster a high-performance environment.
  6. Provide expert guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and employee development.

Requirements:

  1. CIPD or FCIPD certification is essential.
  2. Proven experience in L&D, change management, building capability, and leadership development.
  3. Strong strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
