Salary - £100,000 - £110,000.
A Law Firm in London is looking for a Senior Manager of Human Resources, Europe to join their team.
The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for aiding in the development of the HR strategy and carrying out that strategy in line with the firm's business goals for its European offices.
This will be achieved through the design and implementation of HR policies, practices, and initiatives across all areas of people management.
The Senior HR Manager will hold a generalist role within assigned practice groups and will focus on the specialist areas of Employee Relations, Mobility, Compliance, H&S, DE&I, and Transformation.
They will report and work closely with the HR Director and manage a small team of HR officers and assistants.
Candidates must be CIPD qualified, and the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of human resources management experience, ideally with direct experience in a partnership or professional services environment, as well as solid working knowledge of the principles and practices of HR best practice and employee relations.
The firm is looking for a Senior HR Manager with leadership qualities who will contribute to professional development by teaching, coaching, and mentoring others.
This is a permanent, full-time position with hybrid working.
