Our client, a leading recruitment agency with a strong presence across the West Midlands, is seeking an ambitious Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant/Manager to establish and drive a new industrial recruitment desk. Position Overview

As the inaugural Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant/Manager, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive recruitment desk specialising in temporary and permanent placements within the industrial sector. Your role will involve creating a robust client base, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and establishing yourself as the go-to recruitment specialist for industrial talent in the region.

Responsibilities
  1. Establish and grow a market-leading industrial recruitment desk from scratch
  2. Develop targeted strategies for sourcing temporary and permanent industrial talent
  3. Build relationships with industrial employers across various manufacturing and production sectors
  4. Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and client consultations
  5. Manage both temporary and permanent recruitment cycles
  6. Create a robust network of industrial candidates and clients
  7. Stay informed about industrial sector trends and workforce dynamics

Qualifications and Requirements
