• Vendor management expertise to ensure smooth coordination with external partners.
• Clear, professional communication skills with a focus on producing detailed documentation.
• Proven ability to prioritise and execute tasks effectively, backed by robust analytical capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail, self-motivation, and a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.

Preferred:

• Experience working in professional services or the legal sector.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, as well as SharePoint administration.
• Membership in professional organisations such as BCS or equivalent.
• A relevant degree or technical certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or MCITP (Azure-specific certifications are advantageous).
• Awareness of current and emerging technology trends, particularly around secure-by-design solutions.
• Understanding of multi-site technology installations and integrations.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and experience in ITIL-based environments.
