Our client is a large well-known player within the investment management industry. Due to continued company success and growth, they are now looking to recruit aSenior Investment Attribution Specialist (Fixed Income) to join their busy team on a permanent basis.

The Investment Attribution Specialist (Fixed Income) will take responsibility for the following:

• Producing fixed income attribution
• Actively participate in meetings with fund managers, strategist and product specialists
• Actively provide enhancements to attribution models and processes
• Ensure appropriate controls are in place for all functions within the team
• Stay well informed about markets, investments, methodologies and products, initiatives and investor requirements

The Investment Attribution Specialist (Fixed Income) will meet the following criteria:

• Educated to a degree level, preferably in quantitative subject
• Background within analytics and attribution
• Knowledge of the investment management industry
• Excellent understanding of investment strategies and different attribution breakdowns
• Thorough understanding of derivatives and their uses in portfolio management
• Minimum 3 years' experience working with databases (Python, VBA, or SQL)
• Proven background within fixed income
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
