This company with offices based in Portsmouth provides specialist technology and engineering services to their customers.
Job Description
The Senior Legal Counsel role based in Portsmouth will involve the following tasks:
- Act as the first point of contact for legal queries throughout the business
- Review and draft a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
- Negotiate new agreements and terms of business
- Draft technology contracts, sales contracts, IP, SLAs, and NDAs
- Work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders
- Ensure that compliance processes are followed
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Interim Senior Legal Counsel role will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Be a qualified solicitor
- Have a strong background in negotiating large value commercial contracts
- Strong IP knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities
- Willingness to work 2-3 days in the office each week

This is an Interim position for 3-6 months.
Hybrid working is available, ideally 3 days per week in the office.
