Please note: This is a fixed-term contract until February 2026. The position will be based in our office in London or Billund and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days working remotely. Relocation support is not offered.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for iterating and maintaining our engaging Digital Learning Hub for LEGO Branded Retail (LBR) Teams and their Support functions across the globe.
  2. Drive the Digital Transformation agenda within Retail Training through proactive change management, collaborating closely with collaborators across Retail and beyond to foster a culture of innovation and agility.
  3. Leverage game-based training solutions to develop engaging, interactive digital learning content. Use bite-sized modules and mini-games to foster curiosity and consolidate learning through repetition, achieving higher learning outcomes.
  4. Use project and leadership skills to drive digital transformation, ensuring seamless strategy and transformation project execution.
  5. Collaborate with business partner Key Functions to use digital and blended learning tools, driving measurable impact and aligning with strategic business goals.
  6. Lead training tracking and reporting efforts (eLearning, Face-to-Face, Blended) with a focus on commercial impact, using data-driven insights to enhance training adoption and participation.
  7. Play a pivotal role in developing and delivering a comprehensive Training Toolbox and curriculum, ensuring consistency and excellence across branded channels and regions.

Do you have what it takes

  1. Extensive experience in L&D, Training or related field.
  2. Experience from a large, global organization, ideally working with or in Retail.
  3. Proven experience in Learning Design and ideally Game Based or Learning through Play Principles.
  4. Mastery of Microsoft toolbox especially SharePoint, Excel & PowerPoint.
  5. Adobe Creative Cloud experience.
  6. Preferably experience using GenAI Applications for learning and general productivity purposes.
  7. Fluent English, additional languages are desirable.
