London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days p/wk in office + travel)

Joining as our Senior Manager, Mid-Market (MM) Partnerships you'll be responsible for leading a team of Partner Account Managers (PAMs) who drive revenue growth through Klaviyo's partner ecosystem. This role combines people management with strategic partner engagement, ensuring that both individual team members and the broader partner network contribute to Klaviyo's success. As our Leader of the MM Partnerships team, you'll also develop and support the team while overseeing key partner initiatives to optimize performance and impact.

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Partner Account Managers, ensuring they meet performance goals and career growth objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a strong team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Set and track key performance metrics for the PAM team, driving revenue through partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Develop and implement scalable enablement programs to enhance partner capabilities and co-selling effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align partner initiatives with broader revenue and market expansion goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and management of high-value midmarket partners, ensuring they are engaged and contributing to sales pipeline growth.
  • Drive strategic alignment between partners and internal teams, including marketing, product, enablement, and sales.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure both individual and team success in managing complex partner relationships.
  • Analyze partner performance and market trends to refine strategy and optimize impact.
  • Manage accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking for the partner-led sales motion.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience leading and managing a team in partnerships, channel sales, or business development.
  • Strong background in developing and executing partner-driven sales strategies.
  • Ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering professional growth and engagement.
  • Deep understanding of the mid-market SaaS landscape, with experience in MarTech or eCommerce preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to performance management, with experience in pipeline analysis and forecasting.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
  • Experience working with strategic partners, managing co-selling motions, and driving partner-led revenue growth.

Education & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, preferably leading a sales, partner, or channel sales team.
  • Experience in mid-market/ enterprise SaaS eCommerce, or marketing technology preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
