Senior Manager, PR and Comms

- Ownership of our international PR and communications strategy - working closely with the wider growth team to collaborate on stories that align to both business and marketing objectives
- Responsible for bringing our brand proposition to life through PR, ensuring our brand message cuts through in both UK and US markets
- Collaborate with our Head of Marketing and wider product specialists on go-to-market messaging to strengthen our position in the market
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key journalists across UK and US marketing publications - leveraging our existing relationships, building on them to ensure we are a reliable source of information
- Own the Journey Further press office, pitching and securing high quality coverage for business news, thought leadership and expert comment
- Manage media lists, media audits and media relations strategy with both marketing industry and vertical press within the UK and US
- Ideation and delivery of unique PR campaigns that effectively communicate the agency's brand message, leaving a lasting impact
- Own and develop personal brand strategies for key stakeholders across the US and UK, to raise greater awareness and authority of Journey Further
- Analyse data to identify trends, strengths, and opportunities for optimising and continuously improving our PR approach
- You have 8+ years in a PR role
- You have proven experience of securing press coverage across both UK and US markets
- You have excellent practical experience of the performance marketing landscape
- You have a solid understanding of SEO and how PR can drive organic performance
- You have built and maintained strong relationships with MarTech and advertising media outlets and journalists that you still leverage now
- You have exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail
- You have a strong track record of nurturing and managing senior stakeholder relationships
- You have previously successfully worked with cross-functional teams
- You have experience of mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping them grow and develop
