Join us as a Senior Manager Product Analytics to drive strategic decision-making by transforming complex business metrics into actionable insights for Qonto's Product team. You'll work closely with leadership to shape our understanding of business performance and help guide Qonto's product as we continue to scale across Europe.
As a Senior Manager Product Analytics at Qonto, you will:
- Lead and elevate a team of product analysts, focusing on improving their impact and implementing best practices for data analysis and reporting.
- Partner with stakeholders in the Product team to transform complex data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
- Design and execute robust A/B tests and experimental protocols to drive data-informed product decisions.
- Drive the development and maintenance of critical dashboards that provide clear visibility on product performance metrics.
About You:
- Leadership Experience: You have proven experience leading and developing data analysts, with a track record of improving team performance and delivery quality.
- Business Acumen: You possess understanding of business models, particularly in SaaS companies, and can translate complex metrics into actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Management: You excel at building relationships and communicating complex analyses to diverse audiences, from analysts to executive leadership.
- Strategic Thinking: You can see the big picture and help others connect their work to broader business objectives.
- Product Expertise: You have been yourself a Product Analyst and understand the tools around the job.
