Job Description

Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 per annum (based on experience)

The Senior Marketing Manager plays a pivotal part in promoting all parts of the King's Corporation, with the main focus of the role being King's College School, Wimbledon (the whole school) which comprises of the senior school (King's College School, Wimbledon) and junior school (King's College Junior School).

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing its reputation and supporting pupil retention and recruitment by the creation, development, and management of all marcomms initiatives across the school, internally and externally. The Senior Marketing Manager supports the Director of Communications, Admissions and Marketing, with day-to-day operations of the Communications, Admissions and Marketing department. They are responsible for the line management of the Content Creator and Senior Graphic Designer and work closely with the Communications Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that aligns with the school's objectives, communicating our values, achievements and unique identity to prospective families, current families, our alumni and the wider community.

This is a full-time role, working on site every day during term-time, with the option to work from home during school holidays. There will be some out of hours required for evening and weekend events (e.g., admissions events, concerts, sports fixtures, productions, exhibitions and academic enrichment events).
