Marketing Operations is part of the Revenue Operations domain with the primary objective to ensure marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

As the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, you will help us create this space and lead our efforts to unify our processes, platforms and operations across the range of technologies used to support the entire marketing & SDR function.

You'll be a team lead reporting to our Director of Revenue Operations, and will have a pivotal role in impacting our brand awareness, demand generation and growth. You will optimise the current tech stack, ensuring operational efficiency across the funnel with a core on improving our Marketing pipeline and performance in partnership with sales and marketing leadership.

This role can be in-office, remote or hybrid.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Team management & development - Leading, mentoring, and supporting the Marketing Operations (MOps) team to ensure high performance, growth and effective collaboration.
  2. Marketing Ops strategy & roadmap - Define and drive the Marketing Ops strategy and roadmap, prioritising projects that improve marketing performance and efficiency. Aligning MOps with business goals, and ensuring smooth execution.
  3. Project management & execution oversight - Oversee the execution of key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and drive business impact.
  4. Process improvement & operational efficiency - Streamlining workflows, improving data quality, and enhancing automation.
  5. Stakeholder management & leadership collaboration - Collaborate closely with marketing leadership and domain teams (Demand Gen, Growth, Brand, RevOps) to align MOps initiatives with company objectives.
  6. MarTech stack optimisation & governance - Ensuring the marketing technology ecosystem is efficient, scalable, and well-integrated.
  7. Optimise lead management, scoring, and routing to improve MQL to SQL conversion rates.
  8. Enhance marketing automation processes for scalability and efficiency, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and nurture flows.
  9. Develop and refine lead management processes and workflows to enhance productivity and streamline hand-offs between marketing and sales.
  10. Own marketing attribution and performance reporting frameworks, ensuring visibility into marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue.
  11. Ensure data governance best practices and marketing compliance, maintaining high data quality across marketing systems.
  12. Champion continuous improvement in campaign operations, identifying ways to enhance efficiency and execution quality.
  13. Provide training and enablement on marketing technologies and processes to support adoption across teams.

What we look for in you

  • 10-15 years of marketing operations experience
  • Experience of working in a B2B SaaS business, familiar with SaaS oriented metrics and KPIs
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge and experience of marketing automation and CRM platforms. HubSpot is a plus
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of modern marketing, including understanding the latest technology that can support B2B marketing strategies
  • Proven track record in rolling out new technology, including the creation of training and process change documentation
  • Vendor management and project management skills are essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be influential, but able to work effectively in a project team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at one time
  • Critical and strategic thinking skills, solution-oriented and flexible in your approach
  • Experience in team management, capability building, and career progression
