Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

A top-tier Cost Management Consultancy is looking for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to spearhead their new in-house MEP division. This is your chance to lead high-profile projects, grow a dedicated team, and fast-track to Associate level and beyond.

As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you'll take charge of full MEP cost management across landmark projects in:

• Healthcare
• Education
• Commercial
• Residential
• Defence
• Heritage

You'll have the autonomy to shape the MEP service offering, work closely with clients, and drive project success. As the team expands, you'll be at the forefront, mentored and supported on your path to Associate Director.

The successful Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• Previous MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy
• The ability to manage multiple projects
• The ability to work in a client facing role
• The desire to grow and lead a team

• £80,000 - £95,000
• Car allowance (circa £5k)
