Senior Odoo Manager

RED Global is currently recruiting for an Sr. Odoo Manager for our client, a global organsation who are undertaking a large-scale digital transformation programme. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Senior Odoo Manager with Hands on experiences of implementation projects using the Odoo platform and experience in working with other ERP/CRM technologies.

Key responsibilities:

• to delivery different phases of digital transformation project using Odoo as a platform (blueprint design, technical design, implementation, and configuration, testing and go-live).
• the main and most senior consultant on these Odoo based digital journeys of our client.
• as an entrepreneur and contribute in your way to the growth of our business by exploring market needs, defining, and presenting proposals.
• with Belgian and international mid-market companies and scale-ups to help with their digital transformation using Odoo as your main platform and integrating it with the broader digital mix of applications.
• as a subject matter expert in the supply chain and production management process and support project teams in understanding the customer journeys, business needs and processes and identifying the areas of improvements across the supply chain and production process.
• build the Odoo practice in Belgium and play a role in internationalizing the practice.
• verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch or French) with good senior level stakeholder management soft skills and competencies.

Required skills:

• years' experience with Odoo platform.
• least 3 years hands on experience in a functional role during multiple implementation projects using the Odoo platform.
• speak fluent Dutch or French and English.
• experience in working with ERP/CRM technologies besides Odoo is a plus.
• certificate is a plus.
• to translate Business Objectives, Business Strategies & Methodologies into technical requirements.
• Preferably you have a good background in supply-chain topics.
