Senior Operations Manager at Raidium

The Senior Operations Manager plays a key role in translating Raidium's strategic vision into effective execution. You'll collaborate closely with the COO to develop and implement operational plans that keep the company moving forward. You'll be responsible for optimizing internal processes, ensuring alignment across teams, and driving strategic initiatives. This role also involves preparing investor reports, managing important cross-functional projects, and handling essential operational tasks, from planning key company events to streamlining onboarding processes. Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to translate high-level company objectives into actionable strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment across teams and clear prioritization of goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Design, implement, and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Act as a central point of communication across teams and drive company level alignment through company-wide communications and strategic initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Insights and Investor Reporting: Prepare detailed, data-driven reports for investors, providing updates on key milestones, metrics, and strategic progress. Support board meeting preparations and maintain strong investor relations.
  • Project Ownership: Lead critical company initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution of cross-functional projects that support Raidium's strategic roadmap and access to key resources, such as grant management, funding roadmap, data & compute access, etc.
  • Administrative Management: Oversee day-to-day operational tasks, including planning company events, managing tools and processes, managing suppliers and ensuring smooth company operations.
  • Team Development: Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented company culture.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business administration or in a scientific field (preferably related to biology, healthcare, machine learning / AI);
  • 3+ years experience in strategic planning, operational strategy, strategic consulting or similar; ideally with an exposure to the medical/healthcare industry, public health or research management;
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset;
  • Effective communication in written and oral English; French speaker (>=C1);
  • Familiarity or strong willingness to learn on advanced medical topics related to precision medicine and Raidium's target indications (oncology, neurology, metabolic diseases, etc.).
Preferred skills (Pluses):
  • Previous experience in a challenging ecosystem: fast-growing startup, top-tier consulting firm, pharma or medical device companies;
  • Experience with business reporting (internal & external);
  • Experience in stakeholder management (investors, partners, suppliers);
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry / medical imaging ecosystem and/or of the public research ecosystem (EU/US).
