This year, we're accelerating our roadmap and taking our products to the next level. We're building new features like mutual funds, bonds, and family investment tools. We're also exploring how we can leverage AI to deliver an even better experience for our customers.
You will
- Become an integral member of the Operations team, taking responsibility for queries from all areas of the business and our customers.
- Work on various projects to enhance our offering.
- Monitor order executions to ensure accurate and timely trade confirmations, adherence to regulatory obligations, and delivery of good customer outcomes.
- Review trading activity across all applicable asset classes, including stocks, ETFs, and GILTs.
- Produce effective KPIs to review trading and surface these results to internal committees.
- Implement process enhancements and automate processes that will enable you or the customers to self-resolve issues or even better, pre-empt them.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop business specifications and enhance our offering.
- Conduct ongoing Best Execution monitoring and produce monthly management information and actions to present to internal committees.
- Provide end-to-end administrative and trade/settlement support for the team, including CMA reconciliation, Daily Collateral Position, RSP monitoring, Transaction reporting, failed trade checks, unmatched transactions, Daily CREST cap reviews, and new stock additions.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Trading / Settlement knowledge.
- Use of crest GUI and best execution tool.
- Understanding of transaction reporting.
