Role and Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll services.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their unique payroll needs and providing tailored solutions that align with industry best practices and compliance standards.
  • Advising clients on payroll-related matters, including tax regulations, labor laws, and other statutory requirements in various jurisdictions.
  • Conducting regular audits of payroll data to maintain data integrity and accuracy.

  • Participating in client meetings and consultations to provide expert insights and build strong relationships.


Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably in a consultancy or multi-client environment.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and tools, as well as a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across different regions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively.
