Senior Planner - Leading Integrated Agency - To £70k - Central London / Hybrid
One of London's leading integrated agencies is looking for a Senior Planner to help plan creative and brand strategy for a major international organisation that has a significant footprint in global B2B sectors and industries, transport and energy.
The chosen candidate will join a tight-knit, highly motivated strategy team who get a kick out of digging into complex technical sectors and routes to market, to find strategic gold that inspires stand-out, category-defying creativity.
What's required
The agency is looking for someone with an excellent grasp of core planning competencies, in particular an ability to distil complex materials and ideas into simple direction and, even more importantly, the ability to identify human tensions within even the most technical markets.
They should also be eager to reinvent and challenge conventions and have a knack for identifying creative opportunities in unexpected or overlooked places.
This is the agency's most global client - their business is unusually central to all of our lives and therefore extremely topical and newsworthy, so candidates should demonstrate a keen interest and literacy in current affairs, commerce and politics.
Good presentation skills will be key given the need to present regularly to senior clients and stakeholders, and they should also be comfortable conducting fact-finding interviews with non-marketing, technical experts. Experience in product advertising, especially technical products, and some B2B experience would be helpful, but isn't essential.
They should be unprecious, motivated, and work well by themselves but also as part of a team.
Work from home policy
Three fixed days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and two from home.
Salary and benefits
To £70k depending on experience, alongside some fabulous hard and soft benefits.
To be considered for this role, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Whilst every effort is made to contact all candidates, due to a high number of applications we are unable to give individual feedback to those who are unsuccessful.
