Job Description
Senior PMO Lead Transition Workstream Leadership:
Own and manage the Delivery Engine (DE) Workstreams assigned to you. Plan Management:
Ensure DEs are aligned with the central plan, controlling delivery, and managing assigned RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). Support and Escalation:
Assist Workstream PMs in managing their delivery, providing an escalation route for resolving risks, issues, delays, or missed dependencies. Authority Collaboration:
Work with the Authority to support DE PMs, acting as a point of escalation for the Authority as necessary. Dependency Management:
Ensure internal and external dependencies across assigned workstreams, other projects, and the programme is managed effectively.
Additional Requirements:Security Clearance:
Active SC Clearance is required. Travel:
Ability to travel to the site in Corsham 2-3 times a week.
Qualifications and Experience:Service Transition Experience:
Proven experience working within service transition projects. Project Management:
Strong PMO background with experience in managing plans, ensuring accurate updates across multiple workstreams and dependencies. Resource Alignment:
Ensure progress and resource alignment are accurate, providing forecast projections of the plan, particularly concerning dependencies. Deliverables Management:
Effective management of deliverables, tracking, quality, and change. Reporting:
Adhere to internal standards, local programme requirements, and Authority tools and systems. RAID Management:
Manage RAID for the Transition project, interfacing with RAID across the programme and with the Authority PMO. #

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Associate SPM (Workstream Lead - Transition) to join our Service Transition Project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly within service transition environments.
