Senior Private Client Solicitor
Location: Bury / Hybrid
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (5+ years' PQE) to join its dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex and high-value estates, trusts, and wealth planning matters, advising a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals.

An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (5+ years' PQE) to join its dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex and high-value estates, trusts, and wealth planning matters, advising a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals.
The Role:
- Drafting Wills and assisting clients with estate planning.
- Managing the administration of estates, including applying for Grants of Probate.
- Providing expert advice on inheritance tax, estate planning, and trust structures.
- Assisting with the preparation and administration of trusts.
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.
- Conducting legal research and drafting detailed correspondence.
- Writing articles and legal updates for social media and client engagement.
- Managing a caseload with supervision, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Assisting senior colleagues with complex cases and high-value transactions.
- Ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years' experience in Wills, Trusts, and Probate law.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with supervision.
- Comprehensive knowledge of private client legislation and procedures.
- A client-focused approach, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
- A team player, eager to learn, develop, and contribute to the firm's success.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to work effectively to targets and deadlines.
- Experience handling high-net-worth clients or complex estates is desirable.
