Senior Procurement Consultant

As a Senior Procurement Consultant you will accompany the firm in its projects and in the advisory and support to international clients. Thanks to your professionalism and your exceptional soft skills, you will deal with many challenges that will allow AION Consulting to pursue its growth.

What will you do

• Analyze client needs, issues and challenges in procurement, purchasing strategy and policies, and supply chain;
• Establish recommendations and propose action plans to improve supply chains or procurement processes, and increase efficiency;
• Contribute to understanding economic trends, creating analyses, and generating insights about our key strategic metrics;
• Review procurement strategies and policies - both internally and externally - to improve efficiency, identify quick wins and strategic rooms for improvement;
• Deliver presentations to key stakeholders to illustrate competitive and industry dynamics and the interplay between these elements;
• Hold client meetings, update contracts, review technical or strategic specifications, and negotiate your supplier contracts;
• Coordinate your team's activities and priorities to reach global targets;
• Promote and implement new ways of working on our market by supporting our activities and participating to external and internal events;
• Represent the firm in media, external meetings, conferences or networking events to highlights our capabilities and ways of working;
• Be part of the company board, make concrete decisions and be a game changer within AION Consulting.

What are we looking for ?

• Exceptional emotional intelligence, genuine interest in the principles of a Liberated Company
• Master degree in Business Administration, Business Economics or Finance ;
• 3 to 5 years in a similar role in Supply Chain or Procurement, preferably in consulting ;
• Strong knowledge of industrial and/or infrastructure processes;
• A procurement certification is an important plus;
• Professional level in Dutch and/or French, with excellent level in English ;
• Not afraid of autonomy, responsibility and decision-making ;
• Adept at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals ;
