About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Flowboard, you'll play a key role in driving the strategic direction and execution of our product roadmap. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users and drive business growth.

What you'll do

1. Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
2. Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research to inform product decisions.
3. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
4. Lead the product development process from concept to launch, including defining user stories, conducting user testing, and iterating based on feedback.
5. Monitor and analyze key product metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities for innovation.
7. Act as a product evangelist, advocating for the value of our products and representing the voice of the customer within the organization.

What you'll need

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
5. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) preferred.
