Senior Product Marketing Manager

Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days per week in office)

Salary: Up to £90,000

One of La Fosse's key clients is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the business. This individual will sit in the team responsible for the underwriting automation platform. You will work alongside the Lead PMM in a cross-functional team to ensure alignment between product capabilities, messaging and user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to understand customer needs, market trends and competitor offerings
• Creating and refining target customer profiles to align with marketing efforts and product messaging
• Developing clear and compelling product positioning and messaging to highlight key selling points
• Formulating and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates
• Working alongside the marketing team to create marketing content, such as presentations, blog posts and product guides

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in the SaaS industry
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in the area of underwriting automation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts succinctly
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams of developers, designers, product, sales and marketing
