Role Title - Senior Project Manager

Yorkshire Water Contract - Bradford, Leeds Area

We are thrilled to announce a major contract win with Yorkshire Water, supporting them in proactively and reactively maintaining their Wastewater Network for the next five years and beyond!

We are currently recruiting for Senior Project Manager to join our team, delivering exceptional customer service and innovative operational solutions across Yorkshire. About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for leading the proactive maintenance programme within the Yorkshire Water Wastewater Repair & Maintenance Contract. This includes overseeing wastewater survey and jetting schemes, excavation-based sewer repairs, and rehabilitation works using no-dig techniques such as patch lining, LED lining, and other specialist methods.
  • Focus on programme delivery, milestone achievement, and ensuring compliance with survey and rehabilitation reporting standards.
  • Utilize strong project management, programme planning, and technical expertise to ensure timely and high-quality execution of works, in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of proactive wastewater maintenance schemes issued by the Yorkshire Water Project Manager, ensuring all projects meet time, cost, and quality expectations.
  • Oversee survey compliance and ensure CCTV footage and reports are submitted on time and in the correct format to Yorkshire Water, both pre and post rehabilitation activities.
  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of all project activities, prioritising as per Yorkshire Water's project design and focus areas.
  • Work closely with planning and scheduling teams to ensure work programmes are optimised for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure works are completed in accordance with industry best practices, technical specifications, and Yorkshire Water standards.

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have a proven history of Project Management within the Waste Water industry.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Have proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a performance management team and operational background.
  • Possess excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Are proficient in office software and IT systems relevant to performance analysis.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving targets.
  • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.

Working Hours & Location

  • Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 47.5 hours per week.
  • Location: Bradford, Leeds Area.
  • Company Car / Car allowance.
  • 25 days holiday + Bank holidays.
