Are you a Senior Project Manager seeking a new opportunity? We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a Tier 1 main contractor for a DFE Project near Witham in Essex.

Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager you'll be working within the Build Team leading an Education scheme in Essex.

Your day to day duties will include:

  1. Managing the finances of the project.
  2. Managing operational communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  3. Providing regular, accurate reports and forecasts for the project to your line manager and the client.
  4. Fulfilling contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximising gross margin and customer satisfaction.
  5. Ensuring the project is compliant with company policy and best practices.
The Ideal Candidate will:
  1. Have significant experience in leading on projects of significant value from pre-construction through delivery to handover.
  2. Demonstrate experience in managing project budgets and programmes.
  3. Possess expert knowledge of delivery under NEC and JCT contract conditions.
  4. Be IT literate, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email, as well as experience using ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project.
  5. Hold SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certifications.
