You can look forward to engaging in a variety of projects that span multiple sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, and defense. Each of these areas presents unique challenges and opportunities, allowing you to contribute to initiatives that impact businesses, enhance educational systems, improve healthcare delivery, and strengthen national security. Your involvement will provide valuable experience and insights as you work alongside professionals dedicated to making a difference in these crucial fields.

Your core duties will include:
  • Embedding protocols and driving all aspects of design management.
  • NEC Contract administration.
  • Monitoring, driving, and reporting on project performance including action planning/management.
  • Ensuring delivery of any personal and business plan objectives.
  • Close liaison with Clients.
  • Some aspects of business development including involvement in bids and presentations to clients.
  • Supporting members of the team as required.

About You

You will be committed to enhancing our positive working culture, by having a compassionate attitude and always treating others with respect.

In order to be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be able to reliably commute to Leicester, Nottingham, Bedford and surrounding areas on a regular basis.
  • Have relevant experience as a Project Manager.
  • Have a relevant qualification and/or membership of a professional body (RICS, CIOB, APM)
  • Have excellent contract knowledge.
  • Have excellent communication skills, report writing skills and presentation skills.

In order to stand out from the crowd, it is desirable for you:

  • To have experience working in a consultancy environment.
  • To be undertaking regular CPD activities.
  • To be Chartered or working towards Chartership.
  • Demonstrate your ability to manage projects.
