Senior Project Manager (Client Facing)

Full time - Hybrid - 3 days in our Bishopsgate, London office
About the Agency
We are 150 people dedicated to telling the truth and telling it well, because we believe when a truth is told well, things change for the better. Fuelled by an obsession with truth and the richness of a connected network, our work lives on the edge of mainstream culture, building enduring brands, growing businesses, and giving our people a platform to grow.
We've delivered joy with a little help from Snoop Dog, Katy Perry, Xtina, and Latto for 'Did Somebody Say Just Eat', helped L'Oréal show people 'They're Worth It', given everyone the right to access great quality food most notably with Kevin the Carrot for Aldi, and put a 'Priceless' tag on Mastercard, to name a few.
We're proudly part of the McCann Worldgroup global network.
The Part You'll Play as Senior Project Manager
You'll be working on projects for one of McCann's flagship accounts, helping to deliver fully integrated and highly creative campaigns.
Supporting a talented team, it's a role that will allow you to utilise all of your project management skills, campaign delivery expertise, and your client-facing charm.
Specifically, duties will include:
- Partner with strategy, creative, media, and production teams to facilitate the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple markets and all channels from digital to TVC.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and market-specific requirements.
- Ensure that the global campaign strategy is effectively localized, delivering relevant content for different markets while maintaining consistency with brand and creative guidelines.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external teams, including in-agency strategic + creative teams, media partners, and production teams to ensure smooth collaboration and timely execution of all deliverables against project/timing plan.
- Facilitate regular check-ins/progress updates with team members to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and drive efficient problem-solving.
- Monitor and manage the campaign budget, allocating resources efficiently to ensure cost-effective production while meeting project goals.
- Identify and manage any potential risks to the project timeline or budget, proactively taking steps to mitigate delays or unexpected costs, and knowing when to escalate to business leads.
- Oversee the approval of quality, consistent campaign outputs across all markets, ensuring that all materials meet the brand's high standards and are compliant with local regulations.
- This is a client-facing role so experience in a hybrid business leadership and project management role is ideal.
