Take the next step in your career at VDL ETG in Eindhoven, where you will lead exciting projects in New Product Introduction (NPI). We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to guide complex projects from development to volume production.

What you will be doing!

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to industrialize new mechatronic modules and systems.
• Manage all technical, financial, logistical, and quality aspects of projects.
• Ensure manufacturability, process/product quality, and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Monitor, report on project progress, and ensure prototype and pilot realization.
• Transfer projects to the customer's program team for serial production.

• Higher education in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Extensive experience in project management within the complex manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the high-tech industry.
• Excellent technical, commercial, and analytical insights.

Primary employment conditions

• 12 x a monthly salary based on experience (generally between €6000-7000)
• 8.33% holiday pay calculated over 12 monthly salaries
• 13th month

Secondary conditions
