Our client, a leading property management organisation in London, is seeking a Senior Receptionist to oversee front-of-house operations while playing a key role in the management of a dynamic workspace. Located in a stylish converted warehouse in the heart of London, this is a fantastic opportunity to combine your reception skills with property management responsibilities.


Position: Senior Receptionist


Location: Old Street / Angel, London (Fully Office-Based)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £32,500 per annum (depending on experience)


About the Role:


As a Senior Receptionist, you will ensure the smooth running of front-of-house services while supporting building operations. This is much more than a traditional reception role - you will be at the heart of a busy workspace, ensuring that tenants, contractors, and visitors receive the best possible experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Welcome and assist visitors, managing sign-ins and access control
  • Oversee contractor arrivals, ensuring compliance with building procedures
  • Handle calls and emails efficiently, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception and communal areas
  • Support property management tasks, including tenant communications and building inspections
  • Assist with agent viewings, tenant move-ins, and deliveries
  • Conduct routine building checks, logging and reporting maintenance issues
  • Assist in emergency evacuations and help organise tenant community events
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Management Team on various tasks and projects

What We're Looking For:


Experience: Previous experience in property or building management is essential
Front-of-house/reception experience in a professional environment preferred
Skills:


  • Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a 'can-do' attitude
