Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant - Perm Office Support

Basic c. £30-45k

OTE £75k+

The Person:

  • Would suit an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant ideally specialising in Office Support or someone willing to cross train from other sectors.
  • Able to work in a vibrant, buzzy environment, managing and prioritising multiple relationships.
  • Experience of having built a desk, completing BD in a 360 role and working in a consultative and professional manner.
  • Must be focused on quality and enjoy building long-term relationships and sharing information.
  • You should enjoy working in a collaborative, team environment and have strong communication skills.

The Role:

  • Working in a successful team of 6 Perm Consultants, supported by a fabulous hands-on Manager.
  • Working with a mixed portfolio of clients across market sectors.
  • A selection of live roles will be passed over to help you get established along with a portion of the client base to develop.
  • Lapsed clients will also be available in addition to building your own new client portfolio.
  • You will source, qualify and interview your candidates via phone, video screening or face to face.
  • Attention to detail is key to update the CRM system and take accurate job briefs and candidate information.
  • You will be provided with all the tools to be successful here including LinkedIn, marketing or branding information.
