We are looking to recruit a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work from our London office. Working directly with a leading, high billing Manager to support and assist on key accounts. Due to growth and restructuring for the New Year, an opportunity exists to join a high performing team. This professional team works directly with the leading house building companies and maintains close relationships with the most respected and prestigious companies, delivering a high level of service.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from acquiring and nurturing high-value clients to securing placements across diverse industries.
2. Build and deepen strategic client relationships, providing consultative advice to address their hiring needs effectively.
3. Leverage our global resources, databases, and industry insights to source and match top-tier candidates, maintaining a trusted talent pipeline.
4. Proactively identify and act on business development opportunities by expanding existing accounts and establishing new client relationships.

About you:

1. 18 months+ experience in recruitment, with a proven record of managing high-value accounts.
2. Demonstrable business development skills, including a proactive and strategic approach to client acquisition and relationship management.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
4. Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
