The Role:
As a Senior Recruiter, you will play an active role in driving growth and development in the assigned region and entire recruitment lifecycle, owning and managing a diverse requisition load across all functional areas and seniority levels for both candidates and clients. You will be offered upskill in all areas of candidate sourcing and business development efforts to ensure you conduct yourself and your business the Talento way. In your role, your objectives are to develop business relationships from conception through strategized client outreach, and cater to your clients staffing requirements whilst managing and developing the ongoing growth of your client relationships. You will serve as the client contact during Kickoffs, Calibrations, and Debrief meetings to understand client staffing needs and establish job requirements. Utilizing customer data, you'll proactively source and attract candidates through compelling outreach efforts, building a robust network. Additionally, you'll conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide comprehensive evaluations to hiring managers to facilitate informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in and help develop a strategic recruitment plan via sourcing, interviewing, coaching, retaining, and developing candidates and employees to exceed client expectations.
- Engage in, help develop and manage a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirement.
- Manage a projects list and report on status weekly for internal, customer or other initiatives.
- Develop business cases, manage and execute on cross functional projects ensuring organizational progress & readiness in a high growth firm.
- Develop comprehensive customer development plan with weekly forecasting to achieve business objectives for assigned practice, vertical or geography.
- Successfully build relationships with prospect customers.
- Understand customer pain points and provide value to them through logically assembled information for them to consume and act on.
- Create proposals, statements of work and price opportunities; articulate problem statements and create presentations/proposals on our approach to address pain points.
- Ensure the appropriate resourcing for customers to ensure the appropriate outcomes; participate in attracting, developing, engaging & retaining associates.
- Serve as a Recruiting expert to our customers' HR business partners and hiring managers across multiple functional domains.
- Manage a diverse requisition load across all functional areas and seniority levels, ensuring efficient hiring strategies.
Experience and knowledge requirements for the role:
- 2+ years of industry experience.
- Proven 360 recruitment experience with strong candidate and client relationship management.
- Expertise in developing customer relationships and addressing customer pain points through effective solutions.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and talent management abilities.
- Experience in sourcing and candidate assessment and lifecycle management.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools.
