Senior Performance Analyst - Power BI - ServiceNow - SC cleared

A major central government organisation is seeking an SC cleared Senior Reporting Specialist to join them on an initial 12-month contract.

Essential:

1. A high degree of familiarity and knowledge of MS Excel and the Office suite, including Power BI.
2. A working knowledge of reporting functionality within ServiceNow, including basic knowledge of Performance Analytics module.
3. Ability to 'dot walk' within ServiceNow native reporting environment, create dashboard and share them with users.
4. Proactive in gathering, evaluating and analysing information and evidence from a range of sources to support strategic change.
5. Have an open-minded, scientific, sceptical approach to determining causes of failures and poor performance.
6. Ability to seamlessly integrate with existing 3rd-party supplier relationships.
7. Communication skills - effective in gathering reporting requirements and communicating outcomes to technical and non-technical users.

Desirable:

1. Understanding of organisational change and business process change.
2. Insight into best practices around operational exercising and situational testing.
3. Knowledge of the IT and technology market, particularly key suppliers.
