We help customers navigate the complex transition to a decarbonized and more sustainable energy future. We do this by assuring that energy systems work safely and effectively, using solutions that are increasingly digital. We also help industries and governments to navigate the many complex, interrelated transitions taking place globally and regionally, in the energy industry.

We want to strengthen our team with a consultant who is able to work in all of the above service areas with the possibility of specialization for dedicated subjects.

The job covers in-depth teamwork and:

  • Management and processing of our key clients in the field of risk management
  • Technical support in the area of new client development and during the setup of proposals
  • Set up and implementation of solutions for technical and organizational challenges of our clients
  • Support of our clients through method expertise in process and plant safety
  • Safety studies and risk management projects during design and operation of plants
  • Trainings, workshops, audits, and desktop work.

We are searching for a motivated, logical, solution-oriented senior consultant who carries advisory in their DNA, is client-focused, and can provide structure towards the challenges of our clients based on the following skillset:

  • University degree in a relevant discipline (Master's degree, Ph.D. or similar) with knowledge in one or more of the relevant service areas
  • Fluent in German, including understanding of legal and commercial terms
  • Fluent in English, including technical terms
  • Proven work experience in the field of risk management or similar
  • Additional qualifications in the industry area are beneficial (Asset integrity management, risk management, FS Engineer or similar)
  • Motivated work attitude, client focus, and the ability to present and sell our services and develop them further
  • Strong logical mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • Good communication skills

  • Flexibility for consulting work which can include time working in client offices
