Senior Sales Development Representative, EMEA South (Italian, Arabic, or Spanish speaking)

What you'll do

1. Identify and engage with potential new clients through research and outreach.
2. Build relationships via email and phone, sparking interest in how Emarsys transforms marketing.
3. Take a consultative approach to understand prospects' business needs and align them with our solutions.
4. Consistently manage and update for accurate forecasting.
5. Follow structured sales processes while working collaboratively with our global team.

What you bring

1. Fluency in English and either Italian, Arabic, or Spanish.
2. A coachable and results-driven attitude, with a passion for learning and a results-driven mindset.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
4. A confident, energetic phone presence with the ability to build rapport.
5. Experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role.
6. Interest in technology, marketing automation, and CRM software (experience in SaaS, marketing technology and CRM is a plus).
