Job Description

Salary: Up to £60,000 negotiable per annum depending on experience + fantastic benefits!

Jisc grade: TDV3

Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible working arrangements and compressed hours available)

Contract: Permanent

Location: Hybrid - mix of remote work and office presence at hubs in London, Bristol, Manchester, and Oxford. Office attendance is flexible and agreed with your manager; occasional travel may be required.

About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team! You will be key in developing and enhancing our Salesforce platform, working on innovative projects, and solving complex challenges to support our business growth. If you are passionate about Salesforce development and eager to grow your skills, we want to hear from you!

Your responsibilities include designing, coding, and implementing customised solutions within Salesforce, leading the platform's support, maintenance, and enhancement, and guiding a team of developers to meet transformation and performance goals.

What we need from you:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
  • Proactive, innovative mindset, and deep platform knowledge
  • Previous experience as a Salesforce Developer with exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, CPQ Specialist) and relevant Trailhead badges
  • Knowledge of Copado, Conga, Adobe Sign, JIRA, Confluence, GitHub is advantageous
  • Collaborative problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and contribute
