The Governors of this outstanding Roman Catholic school are looking to appoint a highly organised individual to join our School Office team and provide administrative support to the school.
About the Candidate
The successful person will join our School Office team and will have the following experience:
- Experience of working in an administrative support environment.
- Ability to fit well within our school family and demonstrate our core values of respect, inclusion and growth.
- Ability to adapt to challenging situations and respond appropriately using negotiation and influencing skills to achieve objectives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.
- Excellent team-working skills.
- Strong literacy and numeracy ability (a minimum grade 4 at GCSE).
The successful candidate will:
- Be a practising Catholic or willing to support the Catholic ethos of the school.
- Be enthusiastic, caring, energetic and self-motivated.
- Be prepared to work collaboratively with our experienced and highly skilled staff.
- Have numeracy/literacy skills at GCSE level 4 or above.
- Have excellent behaviour management skills.
