A Senior Site Manager is required to work for a main contractor in North West London.

This Main Contractor specialises in new build, refurbishment, and fit out in the sectors of education, healthcare, residential, office, and heritage. They have a very strong pipeline of work with a strong track record, giving them a strong name in the construction industry.

The project involves a £10m education scheme in North West London.

Ideal candidate

• 5-7 years' experience as a Senior Site Manager.
• Degree qualified or have a similar construction management qualification.
• Main contracting experience.
• A strong track record as a Site Manager.
• Experience in seeing projects from inception to completion.
• Experience working on large education schemes.
• CSCS Card.
• SMSTS certificate.
• First Aid Certificate.

Responsibilities for this role

• Overseeing all site staff, including subcontractors.
• Ensuring health and safety is up to the client's standard.
• Responsibility for the entire site.
• Ensuring all method statements are correct.
• Managing the site from start to finish.
