As part of the McCann Content Studios, you will have the backing of one of the UK's largest and most awarded networks. You will work with a wider dedicated social and influencer team. You will need to come up with social specific ideas and work with production and our in-house content creator to bring those ideas to life.

One of your main clients will be a prominent beauty brand, therefore an interest in and passion for the beauty industry is a must. Proven experience in the beauty sector would also be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

Past Experiences:

  2. Boast a strong online presence with a track record of crafting engaging content and knowledge of what works on different channels.
  3. Proficiency in wielding creative tools and platforms, from Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator to Canva and everything new that the ad-tech/production-tech world throws our way.
  4. Fluent in the distinct content styles of various social media platforms.
  5. A portfolio of similar social creative work to be able to demonstrate your experience and knowledge.
  6. Experience working with or for high profile consumer brands - beauty experience would be particularly advantageous.

Perks of the job:
  1. As well as the more standard benefits of holiday, pension, private medical insurance, life assurance and group income protection we offer:
  2. Three 'Time Well Taken' days throughout the year where we switch off collectively.
  3. On-demand 1:1 mental health and coaching support through MyndUp (alongside a free Headspace membership).
  4. A hybrid way of working with 3 days a week in the office.
  5. Subsidised on-site massages, haircuts and manicures as well as cuddles from furry friends (we're a dog friendly office).
  6. Free onsite breakfast, snacks and drinks with regular 'Lounge Nights' in the office rooftop social space.
  7. Lots of tools to help us grow from SPARK (our internal L&D platform) to LinkedIn Learning, as well as external opportunities with NABS, WACL and the IPA, amongst others.
  8. Your birthday off - because who wants to work on their birthday?
  9. A tree planted in your name for every year you celebrate your McCanniversary.
  10. A Cycle to Work scheme and facilities including showers and hair styling appliances (no helmet hair round here).
  11. Discounts with partners such as Eataly, Merlin and cinemas as well as access to independent financial advice.
