Job Context:

The Engineering department consists of a global engineering team with a strong continuous integration and testing culture.

The Platform Development team is responsible for developing and maintaining the installation and upgrade layer for the RING product, as well as components for supervision, orchestration, and monitoring.

Mission:

As a Senior Software Engineer:

• You will get up to speed with our perimeter, from Salt states to Ansible playbooks, RPM packaging, and Prometheus configuration in demanding environments.
• You will participate in the design of new features, building PoCs, implementation of various tests, and share responsibilities.
• You will engage in cross-team projects, particularly with our San Francisco team, and participate in understanding field feedback.

Desired Profile:

General:

• 5+ years of experience
• Based in France
• Basic annual salary from 55k€ to 70k€, % variable pay depending on company results

Key Skills:

• Languages: French speaker, fluent English mandatory.
• Technical: Expertise with Linux systems, CI systems, good knowledge of Bash, advanced knowledge of Python, and version control systems.
