Polar Analytics is a business intelligence platform designed for eCommerce brands using Shopify, Amazon, and POS systems. It offers features such as 1-click integrations with 45+ data sources, customizable analytics dashboards, and custom report creation. The platform includes first-party attribution, a conversion API enhancer, and a Klaviyo flows enricher. An AI assistant, "Ask Polar," provides instant answers, and the platform offers targets, forecasts, and smart alerts. Polar Analytics helps brands optimize customer acquisition, increase retention and LTV, improve merchandising, uncover winning ad creatives, and automate reporting.

Experience Requirements:

3+ years as a hands-on engineer

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate closely with the team to design and implement features that prioritize real-world impact.
  2. Architect, develop, and maintain state-of-the-art services for data ingestion and provisioning, including metric APIs, third-party connector systems, scheduling services, and others.
  3. Build intuitive and responsive data visualizations and insights using React to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  4. Ensure code performance, security, and reliability, adhering to best practices for scaling within a cloud environment (AWS, Node.js).
  5. Optimize systems for efficiency and maintainability, addressing bottlenecks and resolving issues.
Sales Role Requirements: Experience Requirements:

Previous successful B2B SaaS experience, selling to SMBs with short sales cycles, and previously used a CRM like HubSpot.

  2. Accurately forecast new sales bookings.

  4. Drive new business by deeply understanding and empathizing with customer needs, matching these objectives with the product value propositions.
  5. Build strong, trusted relationships with key people within marketing and eCommerce teams, including end-users and executives/decision-makers.
